1. Choose your fav bickie 2. ice it in a pretty colour 3. Pop a marshmellow on top 4. cut a pink life savor in half for the handle 5. Pop a freckle ontop and you have your self a PRETTY little TEACUP good enough to EAT!!

And they Taste SOOOO good. Another idea was to put white icing on top with choc sprinkles so it looks like a cuppacino.
